About the Home Inspector
Jim McCullough—CPI®, SPI
Jim McCullough is the owner and inspector of Integrity Inspections. For many of us, it takes years of proactive financial responsibility and careful planning to be able to buy a home. That’s why once you’re ready to take that leap, Jim is ready to assist you in making the most of it—helping you build a strong core of knowledge so that you can be certain that your family’s needs are met once you’ve made a decision about a prospective home purchase.
A Home Inspector With the Right Kind of Experience
It’s not exactly reassuring to learn that your home inspector’s experience with home construction is limited to information memorized solely from classes and textbooks. Fortunately, you don’t have to worry about that with Jim McCullough—because he has the hands-on experience that’s necessary to truly understand how a home’s various components should look and function. Jim has worked for many years in home construction, his responsibilities ranging from draftsman to builder. Additionally, Jim was the owner of one of Washington’s largest manufactured home dealerships, giving him a profound understanding of the buying and selling process.
When he’s not inspecting homes, Jim enjoys flying his personal drone, riding his Harley, and working on his own home improvement projects.
