Integrity Inspection Services
Additional Inspection Services
Pre-Listing Inspection
This inspection service is designed specifically for clients who want additional information about their home’s condition before making a sale. We’ll assess the condition of the home’s readily accessible areas, identifying weaknesses and strengths in the property’s construction. This knowledge will give you a chance to correct existing issues, while also putting you in a position to communicate more openly with prospective buyers so that negotiations may conclude without incident.
Sewer Scope Inspections
Using a specialized camera, we’re able to investigate the internal condition of a property’s sewer system. Sewer repairs can be incredibly expensive, so before you buy a home, you’ll want us to make sure that the sewer system is undamaged and functioning properly. This inspection service is offered at a discounted rate when scheduled at the same time as a Buyer’s Inspection.
New Construction Inspection
When work on your new home is close to being finished, you should schedule this inspection to make sure that everything is good to go before you officially close on the property. Before the builder’s final walkthrough, we’ll evaluate the home’s readily accessible areas, providing a detailed report of our findings that will include explanations for any defects that we discovered. Your builder can then make necessary repairs or other modifications.
11th Month Warranty Inspection
This inspection service needs to be performed before your new home’s warranty is set to expire. We’ll comprehensively evaluate each readily accessible area of the home, recording any deficiency we discover into a detailed report of our findings. Depending on the specific terms of your home’s warranty, you may be able to have these issues corrected without paying fully out of pocket.
Re-Inspections
After the seller of your prospective home has agreed to your repair requests that were provided after our initial home inspection, you should consider scheduling a Re-Inspection. After the necessary repairs have been performed, we’ll look over the work to make sure that it was done correctly and that no other issues have come to light as a result.
WDO/Pest Inspection
Wood-destroying organisms and other pests can wreak havoc on a home’s construction, while also being a bothersome nuisance for homeowners. Before you commit to the purchase of a home, we recommend letting us perform this inspection service so that we can thoroughly check the home for signs of common pests. If we do find evidence of pests or pest-related damage, we can guide you in the right direction for resolving the particular issue at hand.
Water Testing
For this inspection service, water samples will be taken from a home’s tap and well to be tested at a local laboratory. Contaminated water is not only unhealthy, but it can prove difficult and costly to clean—and that’s why it’s imperative to conduct a water test prior to a home purchase.
Commercial Property Inspection
We offer a thorough inspection of light commercial properties such as storefronts and strip malls. This inspection service can be beneficial for learning about potential defects that you may want the seller of the property to have resolved before you’re willing to invest.
Manufactured Home Inspections
Our residential property inspections are not limited to only custom-built homes. We can also provide a full top-to-bottom inspection of manufactured homes, paying close attention to potential issues that are more commonly found in this type of property.
Pool & Spa Inspections
If you’re buying a home that includes a pool or spa, we urge you to have these features inspected by a professional so that you don’t get stuck with an unexpected repair bill. We’ll evaluate safety features, mechanical components, and the structures themselves to ensure that your pool or spa can be enjoyed as soon as you move your family into your new home.
